1. Don’t dwell on the past unless you want it to be apart of the present and the future.
  2. Don’t make big moves because you are angry. Sit with it. Make decisions when you are calm, rational and can plan for the future.
  3. Don’t play the blame game. It is your life. You chose to participate or not to participate. Your choice.
  4. Don’t keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. Change your game.
  5. Don’t feel like you are too old or not worthy. You can reach all your goals in life. You are worth it.
  6. Don’t let others make you feel guilty about your decisions. No one should be critical unless they are prepared to walk a mile in your shoes.
  7. Don’t ever give up. Many successful entrepreneurs had a string of failures before finding success.
  8. Don’t ignore your health. Diet and exercise alone can make a huge difference in your happiness factor.
  9. Don’t get too wrapped up in yourself. Helping others feels good. Donate your time. Help a friend. Volunteer at the animal shelter. There is always someone who needs more help that you do. Helping others is the best medicine.
  10. Don’t limit yourself. People have gone far in life with very little. Your future can be very bright with a little imagination and a willingness to get there.
